I have heard nothing but good things about Andy.

However, limited yard space limits me to a free-standing tower, inability to climb limits me to winch-up/tilt-over, and my local council limits me to 10m.

I seem to remember that someone is now making a 10m tilt-over winch-up tower here in Oz, but can't find them.

From memory, they are in NSW or Qld, and announced themselves either here or on VKHam.

Peter, I reckon that buying a new bottom section is probably easiest. The slab mount base costs more, but the pier version costs more to transport - pretty much an even call to Adelaide.
