Any news on why ref003 is down?
REF003 is back up and running now. Can anyone shed any light on who is running this reflector. How is it funded? what are the specs on the server? who is the system admin?
reason i am asking is that the performance is down compared to other systems such as DCS014B. Does 3c have to funding available to meet the required number of users?
